Note:

Sports event will be held on 22 Nov 2023 (Wednesday).
Timing and venue for sports event will be as follows:
Badminton, table Tennis, Carrom and chess from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Yamuna Sports Complex (1 Km from Conference venue).
Cricket from 7:00 AM Onwards at Rajnagar Extension (10 Km From Conference Venue).
Conference Registration is mandatory for participating in sports event.
Sports event registration will be confirmed only after receiving the registration fee.
No refunds will be offered on cancellation.
For doubles and mixed doubles entries, partner’s name, conference registration no. is mandatory.
The partner has to also register himself / herself and submit the sports fee.
Arranging a partner is sole responsibility of the participant.
The sports committee is not responsible for arranging playing partners.

To register in more than one event separate registrations have to be done.
